As part of GET 2024, the selected GETs will undergo a training program designed to build requisite competencies for targeted job roles. Who’s Eligible?

Remuneration:
For IIT Graduates:
On Joining: INR 9.00 Lakh p.a.
Post 12 Months: INR 9.50 Lakh p.a. + ACB INR 1.05 Lakh p.a.
Deferred Bonus: INR 5 Lakh after two years post confirmation.

For Non-IIT Graduates:
On Joining: INR 7.50 Lakh p.a.
Post 12 Months: INR 8.00 Lakh p.a. + ACB INR 0.88 Lakh p.a.
Deferred Bonus: INR 3 Lakh after two years post confirmation.
