This opportunity is only for freshers (2024 pass outs).
Role : Customer Service Associate (CSA) ( This is NON Technical role )
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification is 10 + 2.
Comfortable with Night shifts,
Should have exceptionally good Communication Skills in English.
Salary Range and other Details : 247000 to 350000/- Per Annum ( Above compensation role range depends on various multiple skill set hiring we do from domestic to international requirements (non-tech) )
Shift & Week off : 9 hours rotational night shift with 2 rotational consecutive week offs
Salary: ₹ 2.5-3.5 Lacs P.A.
Additional Perks and Benefits over above the salary:
Night shift allowance INR 150 / Night
Sodexo Benefit INR 1100 per month
Transport Allowance INR 4000 per month (work from Office) / Office Transport
